The Inspire Foundation Bootcamps are immersive events designed to provide young people with a unique experience of learning, inspiration, and networking.
Open to youth aged 14 to 22, these intense days combine lectures, hands-on workshops, inspiring discussions, and interactive activities to help participants explore their potential and develop their skills.
Each edition covers a variety of topics such as entrepreneurship, future careers, technology, the arts, and much more. Participants have the opportunity to meet experts, connect with mentors, and network with other young people who share the same ambitions.
The Bootcamp is a key moment to explore new perspectives, gain practical tools to move forward with their projects, and leave with renewed energy to build their future.
The workshops organized by the Inspire Foundation are interactive spaces that allow young people to develop specific skills and gain knowledge on essential topics for their personal and professional growth.
These sessions are led by experienced professionals and mentors who share their expertise, practical advice, and inspiring journeys. The workshops cover a variety of topics, such as:
Each workshop is designed to offer an engaging and participatory experience. Young people leave with practical tools they can immediately apply, boosting their confidence and ability to tackle everyday challenges.
This aspect of the program gives a young person, or a group of young people, the opportunity to spend a full day alongside a mentor to get familiar with a target profession.
The mentee will have the chance to immerse themselves in the mentor’s reality, gaining a clear understanding of the activities and tasks involved. This will help them determine if the profession aligns with their vision and personality.
It’s also an opportunity for the mentee to ask practical questions about the schools, training, and courses required to pursue a particular career.
The mentor’s role is to guide the mentee throughout this activity, sharing the tips and strategies they developed when they were students to succeed in their chosen field. They will also share relevant resources and/or networks that are available in the target profession.
The Inspire Foundation recognizes the importance of various awards and distinctions on young people’s resumes. With this in mind, several strategies have been put in place to reward those who stand out through different competitions.
These competitions will highlight both the intellectual and artistic talents of the youth.
Annual awards and scholarships will also be offered as part of the Inspire Foundation’s programs to reward and value the talents of young people. This will help acknowledge the efforts made by the youth to achieve the ambitious goals they’ve set for themselves.
Through the Tips and Tricks program, the mentee will have the privilege of being paired with one or more mentors who can answer questions related to the professional world. These exchanges will include specific points that the mentee can put into practice to achieve their goals.
This may involve providing a list of appropriate training for a career the mentee is considering or skills to develop, in addition to academic qualifications, to match the profile of a job or profession. Exchanges can take place via email, phone, or in person, whenever possible.
Webinars are also planned, which may include a group of about ten mentees with one or more mentors.
